Colleen’s and C.B. Scoops are joining with Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn and the Medford Public Library Foundation trustees to celebrate the kickoff of the community fundraising campaign for the new Medford Public Library, which is under construction on High Street.  Customers presenting a coupon between 10 a.m. and noon will receive two kiddie or small ice cream cones at either Colleen’s, 61 High Street in Medford Square, or C.B. Scoops, 453 High Street in West Medford Square.
