4GoodVibes 2 in South Medford is offering a Hoop Flower Arrangement Workshop led by Tina Garvey. Participants will design their own artificial flower arrangement on a 12-inch hoop in a fully- instructed, step-by-step class. Materials include felt, different colors of artificial tulips, carnations and other flowers, and lights.
