The Department of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies at Tufts University invites you to a staged reading of graduate student Javier Hurtado’s new play, “Housewarming,” directed by TDPS faculty member Lillian Mengesha. In the play, a group of neighbors gather for a dinner party that goes berserk. Alma and Carmen have just moved into a fancy, rural dream home, but things take a turn when the house is surrounded by creatures also wanting to feast. One-by-one the guests try to escape and one-by-one things get worse.
