Have you ever needed to create a presentation on an arts or cultural topic but didn’t know how? The Medford Public Library’s Introduction to PowerPoint program offers a foundational understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint, a widely used presentation software. Led by Zoey Mills, Head of Reference Services, the program covers essential concepts such as creating slides; adding text, images, and multimedia elements; formatting slides for visual appeal; and utilizing basic animation and transition effects. Designed for beginners, the program provides hands-on practice and guidance to help participants develop confidence in using PowerPoint to create engaging and professional presentations.
