The Medford Public Library is co-presenting an online program, “The Lives of French Impressionists,” led by art historian Mary Woodward. We are probably all familiar with French Impressionist paintings – the sun-dappled haystacks by Claude Monet and the fresh young faces captured by Auguste Renoir. Come learn about the artists behind the paintings and the fact that many of them were friends, roommates and rivals.
