The Ludovico Ensemble, a Boston-based chamber ensemble specializing in modern music, returns to Tufts University to perform two recent and contrasting ensemble works by John Aylward and two by Julia Werntz from different periods, alongside “Three Stones,” a work by Mischa Salkind-Pearl written for the ensemble in 2010. Ensemble members are Lilit Hartunian, violin; Anna Griffis, viola; Leo Eguchi, cello; Sarah Brady, flute; Jen Slowik, oboe; Rane Moore, clarinet; Sarah Bob and John McDonald, piano; Nick Tolle, percussion; and Jeffrey Means, conductor.
