Week 5 of the Medford Farmers Market will feature live music by Lindsay Straw from 3 to 5 p.m. and Mickey’s Strings from 5 to 7 p.m. Straw is a singer, acoustic guitarist and bouzouki player who plays an evocative mix of traditional songs and tunes from the British Isles and America.  Mickey’s Strings is an advanced fiddle group of Medford fiddle and violin teacher Ellery Klein that works on arranging tunes to performance-level quality. Some of Klein’s other students also will perform.

Among today’s 24 vendors will be artists Henna Inspired and World by Mundo Face Painting, plus School of Rock Medford, a new franchise offering music lessons.
