Week 12 of the Medford Farmers Market will feature live music by Ryan Alvanos from 3 to 5 p.m. and Mike Barrasso from 5 to 7 p.m. Alvanos is a poet by training, editor by trade, songwriter by passion, busker by calling, and whim-blown vagabond by good fortune. He likes to walk while writing lyrics, and draft after draft, his notebooks fill with lines and strikethroughs until the songs sing themselves. Barrasso is a singer-songwriter who performs original music influenced by folk, country, blues and rock. He mixes up his set with cover tunes that span many genres of popular music.

The Medford Farmers Market takes place from 3 to 7 p.m. each Thursday at the Condon Band Shell Park through October 14.
