Mystic Makerspace: Visible Mending

FreeThe Mystic Makerspace presents a class on visible mending of clothes, a fun, creative, expressive and easy task. Visible mending is a cost-conscious way to repair holes, rips, stains and other flaws in clothing by hand, and anyone can do it. Common techniques involve patches, appliques and embroidery, and the idea is to make the repair as showy or as discreet as you like. You should bring an item to mend. This program is for ages 16 and up. Registration is required through the library’s online calendar.
