Tufts University composers collaborate with Tufts biologist Stephen Fuchs, who will introduce this concert. Hear an offering of experimental works for piano and chamber combinations inspired by repetitive protein sequences — how these sequences evolved, how the number of repeats is regulated, and what functions they are playing. Music by both faculty and student composers, featuring piano solo performances by Visiting Scholar Katalin Csillagh.
