Arts Collaborative Medford invites you to an opening reception with artist Michael Talbot to celebrate his exhibition, “More Than Acquaintances,” on display in ACM’s first-floor gallery space. Talbot’s work explores the delicately intertwined relationship between life and death through the lens of an old man living with his young daughter, as they traverse  endless fields of flowers engulfed by the vast night sky. The aim of this showcase is to highlight these correlated states of being, while urging viewers to consider their own assumptions and understanding of what it means for someone to truly live, as well as to truly die.
