The City of Medford’s annual Patriots’ Day Celebration returns with in-person events throughout the morning in Medford Square. Start with a pancake breakfast at St. Joseph Church (118 High Street) from 9 to 11 a.m., sponsored by the Medford Chamber of Commerce (Cost: $10; $7 for children ages 3-12; free for children under 3).

Festivities begin at 10 a.m. with a ceremony at the Salem Street Burying Ground between Salem Street and Riverside Avenue at River Street. At 10:30 a.m., there will be food, games and music in the square. At noon, gather at Captain Isaac Hall’s House (now the Islamic Cultural Center of Medford) at 43 High Street to await the arrival of Paul Revere in the reenactment of his historic Midnight Ride from Charlestown to Lexington and Concord.
