Tufts Hillel presents “Read by the River,” a campus-wide initiative that celebrates the love of books and reading with a literacy carnival featuring fun reading-related activities. Tufts University students work throughout the year to plan the event, which welcomes 1,200 local children in grades K through 5 and their families. There will be activities and performances from tufts student groups, an appearance by a new England Patriots Foundation member, a read-along, free movie ticket with completion of a book report, and of course, books!

Admission is free and snack food is provided.
