River’s Edge invites everyone to its first “Movie Night in the Park.” The Great Lawn section of the park at River’s Edge will be transformed into an outdoor movie theater for a free screening of the 1995 kid and family movie classic “Casper,” featuring Christina Ricci and Bill Pullman. The movie will begin at 6:30 p.m; running time: 1 hour, 40 minutes. Attendees should bring their own blankets and chairs for use. The Porch Southern Fare & Juke Joint restaurant will be open for dining and take-out, and the Freerange market will provide complimentary hot chocolate and a $5 voucher for drinks and snacks.
