The Medford Council on Aging presents its annual Chinese New Year Celebration; 2025 is the Year of the Wood Snake, a symbol of longevity, wisdom and mystery in the Chinese culture. Enjoy a Chinese luncheon of salt-and-pepper chicken wings, baked shrimp with garlic, pork lo mein, steamed white rice, and dessert from Mystic Valley Elder Services’ Nutrition Program. Enjoy music by DJ George Landers, raffles, and entertainment. Tickets are $4 (maximum two tickets per person) and will go on sale at the Senior Center on Friday, January 3.
