The Shallows, a dreampop/shoegaze band from Somerville, gets top billing tonight at Deep Cuts. The Shallows are vocalist Jess Baggia (This Bliss), guitarist Brad Emerson (ex-Strangeways, The Milling Gowns), drummer Jason Keisch (ex-SCUBA, ex-Strangeways), and bassist Brian McKinnon. Also performing: Waves Crashing (from Seattle) and The Dreamtoday.
