WalkMedford and the Medford Recreation Department are sponsoring a guided walk to help you experience the Medford Art Council’s “Sound on Mystic” nature, music, art and spoken word immersive experience along the Mystic River. Walk a portion of the route in a group with two of the installation’s creators, Ian Coss and Gary Roberts, and hear a diverse set of sound works that are all united by the river itself, and its complex legacy as a place of history and nature, community and conflict, labor and recreation. There will be some time for a Q&A with Ian and Gary. Meet at the Dugger Park basketball courts on Mystic River Roard near Harvard Avenue.
