The Porch Southern Fare & Juke Joint at River’s Edge welcomes back The Minks, who performed at the restaurant’s first live music night in July 2019. The Minks are known as Nashville’s “psychedelic-bloos” band, heavy on rock ‘n’ roll. The band’s sound has roots from Lou Reed to Patti Smith, to Creedence Clearwater Revival to Hank Williams. Created by front woman Nikki Barber, The Minks last fall released their first full-length record, “Light and Sweet, through Cafe Rooster Records.
