The Medford Council on Aging presents its weekly Country Line Dancing class for seniors, beginners and beyond, led by Julie Kaufmann. Country line dancing is a fantastic activity for older adults. If offers a fun way to stay active, improve coordination, and socialize. It’s also easy to learn — many line dances are designed to be simple and repetitive, making it accessible for beginners. No partner is needed for the class. Cost is $3.
