The West Medford Community Center invites you to get involved with its multicultural Fiber Arts Club, a volunteer led group that makes all types of creations to bring joy to others. Items created — be they through kitting, quilting, sewing, macrame, crochet, tufting, embroidery, needlepoint, etc. — are donated to worthy causes or used to raise funds for the WMCC. Last year the Fiber Arts group raised over $2,000 for WMCC through silent auction or fundraising activities. Anyone may join the Fiber Arts Club. All ages, mediums, and skill levels are welcome. Join the club Thursdays at 1 p.m. for an hour of community and creation.
