West Medford Community Center’s Word and Music series resumes with a program on “What Does Medford Mean to You?” Guests Jacqueline FitzHugh and Ruth Youngblood will share stories and speak about their connections and roots in Medford. The musical segment will feature the quartet of Richard Lawrence (piano), Richard Johnson (bass), Charles Langford (saxophone) and Edwin Walker (drums).

West Medford Community Center launched Words and Music in 2017. Usually presented on the first Friday of every month, the event starts off with a discussion on a valuable aspect of the community, followed by a performance by a local musician or musicians.
