The West Medford Community Center presents its monthly “Words and Music” program.

The “Words” component will explore the value of supporting young families with pre-school age children. The “Music” component will feature the singer Lea Grace Swinson. Swinson has established herself as a first-rate talent performing all kinds of music, from gospel to hip-hop and jazz to a cappella. Her repertoire is as diverse as her vocal range is wide.

The Community Center launched Words and Music in the summer of 2017. Offered the first Friday of every month, the event starts off with a discussion on a valuable aspect of the community, followed by a performance by a local musician or musicians.
