The Medford Council on Aging presents "Beginner and Beyond Country," a weekly class on Western Line Dancing for seniors led by Julie Kaufmann. The Medford Senior Center presents its weekly Arm Chair Travel Experience. Tufts University occupational therapy students lead the program through virtual reality (VR), an immersive experience that allows you to watch a video while simultaneously feeling as if you are in that environment.
