The Mystic River Watershed Association welcomes author and poet Terry E. Carter for a virtual poetry reading and commentary in celebration of Black History Month. Carter will read several poems focused on the Mystic River, the neighborhood abutters, and the African American experience in his native West Medford. A question-and-answer period will follow.
