The Tufts University Department of Music presents the Kalos Trio performing traditional Celtic music, framed anew. Ryan McKasson, Jeremiah McLane and Eric McDonald are masters of tradition who join forces for a program of Celtic and Scandinavian repertory, as well as their own original music. Their individual artistry on fiddle, accordion, guitar and vocals creates music that traverses darkness and light—simultaneously energetic, sublime, pensive, spontaneous and jubilant. This concert is made possible by the Granoff Music Fund.
