With schools closed because of the coronavirus outbreak, 4GoodVibes is offering three weeks’ worth of free, step-by-step kids workshops live on Facebook. Today’s workshop will be on how to hand knit a scarf.  This is a great class for beginners, but will be challenging for younger kids, so the suggested age range 7 and up. No needles are required; you’ll just need yarn. As of March 15, 4GoodVibes had about 14 skeins of yarn for sale at the store for $6 a skein, or you can purchase at any craft store or online.

Visit the 4GoodVibes Facebook page at 11 a.m. to participate. The workshop will last approximately one hour. Afterward, Melanie Raelin, owner of Book Wonder, will be going live for a free story time.
